- On the homepage, scroll down a bit to find the ‘E-Governance’ section and click on the ‘Online Recruitment’ option.
- A new page will open. Here, click on ‘Continue For Registration’ next to the post you want to apply for.
- Fill in your details carefully on the registration page. After registration, you will receive a new ‘Application ID’.
- Then, click on the ‘Continue After Registration’ option to apply.
- Log in using your ‘Application ID’ and Date of Birth. Fill in all the details in the form carefully, including personal details, education, experience, and post.
- Scan and upload the required documents such as mark sheets, certificates, etc.
- Then submit the form and take a printout.
- Obtain a Demand Draft for the application fee. Attach the self-attested copies of the documents and the DD with the printout.
- Put all the documents in an envelope, write “Application for the post of __ for CMOH Office Cooch Behar” on it, and submit it to the CMOH office, Lalbagh, Cooch Behar by December 24, 2025.
- Check everything carefully. Incomplete forms may be rejected.
